RA Olympics Poster

The RA Olympics is annual event held on the week after the main closing of the residence halls at Longwood University. This events pits communities against each other in the spirit of competition. The year's events featured a relay race, a trivia contest, egg toss, and sand castle building competitions all taken place on Stubbs lawn.

I had to have a quick turnaround for this poster and decided to take inspiration from an Olympic poster from the 1996 Summer Olympic games held in Atlanta, Georgia. I further refined my Illustrator skills by redrawing the man in the middle, and then placing the squares of different colors behind him. I then created the starts, and the Olympic house rings logo.
